Water Bill Payment Options

We want to announce new and convenient ways for you to make your water bill payments.
Please review the following options to find the one that best suits your needs:

Due to recent changes in our billing system, all due dates were temporarily adjusted to the 10th of the month, which unfortunately resulted in longlines at the Water Department. We have raised this issue with our system provider, and a solution has been implemented to stagger due dates based on your cycle/route number as follows:

  • Due on the 10th:

    • Routes: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6.

  • Due on the 14th:

    • Routes: 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, & 15.

  • Due on the 18th:

    • Routes: 20, 21, 24, & 26.

  • Due on the 22th:

    • Routes: 22, 23, 25, & 27.

Late fee will be be on the 28th.

ACH Bank Draft

  • Payment Method: ACH Bank Draft (No Service Fee)

  • Setup: You can visit the Collections Department in person and have a staff member set up the automatic ACH Bank Draft for you or click on the link below to download the Authorization Form, fill out the form, and then hand deliver the form to the Collections Department or Email the completed form to igarcia@cityofroma.net and jdalaniz@cityofroma.net

Pay in Person:

  • Location: Collections Department Building

  • Payment Methods: Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card

  • Note: A 3.5% service charge applies to Credit/Debit Card payments.
