Please ensure you acquire your bid documents directly from SAMES, Inc., as they are the primary source for all documents and addenda.
Pre-Bid Conference:
A virtual Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Friday, November 8, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. via Zoom. Prospective bidders will receive a Zoom link from the engineer.
Submission Requirements:
When submitting your sealed bid, ensure the envelope is clearly marked with:
- Bidder’s Name and Address in the upper left corner
- RFB # ENG 24.048 and "Las Americas Roma Logistics & Industrial Park Centennial Drive Street Improvements" in the lower left corner.
The sealed bid must include two (2) complete original bid documents, including all required bonds, and must be delivered to the following address:

Deadline:
Sealed bids will be accepted until Friday, November 15, 2024, at 10:00 A.M.. Bids will be opened at that time in the City of Roma Conference Room. Late submissions and facsimiles will not be accepted.
Bid Security:
A bid security amounting to 5% of the largest possible total of bids must accompany each bid. The surety must be a company acceptable to the City of Roma.
