This event is designed to help individuals living with diabetes understand how to better manage their health. Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been managing diabetes for years, you'll find valuable information, tools, and support to help you live a healthier life.

- Health Screenings: Get your A1C and cholesterol levels checked, along with blood pressure and weight screenings.
- Diabetes Education: Learn about diabetes, how to monitor your blood glucose, and receive guidance on nutrition and meal planning.
